Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the relevant authorities.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jliok at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jliok employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jliok reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

jliok will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from jliok, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. jliok accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jliok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on jliok are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jliok does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies unless expressly stated otherwise.

jliok does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jliok accepts no responsibility.

All content on the jliok Platform, including but not limited to the jliok brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jliok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jliok Platform without the prior written consent of jliok.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jliok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jliok account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jliok does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
jliok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your jliok wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request voluntary closure of your jliok account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jliok, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
jliok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jliok will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jliok Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
